Plot: John McClane travels to Las Vegas to attend the grand opening of a Nakatomi Tower-themed casino at the behest of his ex-wife, who worked as a consultant during the construction process. When the festivities are interrupted by terrorists led by Hans Gruber’s illegitimate half-brother Hermann (Christoph Waltz), however, the estranged McClane siblings, Lucy and Jack, must set aside their long-standing feud and work together to rescue their captured parents. Will the McClane clan’s first vacation in decades end in disaster, or will the kids prove that kicking ass runs in the family?
